Purpose of this Statement:
We encourage
anyone who may be a member of our member database, a potential
client, or anyone at all interested in our services to fully read
and review this privacy statement. We want to keep you fully
informed about our efforts to protect your privacy, as well as our
use of member's personal information.
Our Policy:
At
Net-Managers.Com. we adhere towards the privacy and protection of
the people in our user database. We currently collect
permission-based information, which ranges from e-mail addresses,
home addresses, telephone numbers, user preferences and
demographics. We greatly appreciate the information we have
collected, and wouldn't do anything to jeopardize the integrity of
our subscribers and customers. All information was collected by a
Net-Managers.Com. owned properties or affiliated site, and you were
also informed of this policy when you opted-in. Subscribers may have
opted-in to our database through a contest, site registration, any
other opt-in promotion that follows the Net-Managers.Com opt-in
guidelines laid out in our "Opt-In
Policy".
Net-Managers.Com. believes in a
"grace period" from when we receive a user's information, before we
ever consider sharing or selling this information. This means that
before your e-mail address, mailing address, and other personal
information is allowed to be shared with anyone, you have had 3
instances to opt out. This means that if we wish to sell your e-mail
address inside one of our databases, you have had to receive 3
e-mail promotions from us, each one giving you a chance to opt-out
of future mailings and remove yourself from our database. The same
goes for postal addresses and phone numbers, if we wish to share
that information with any of our affiliates then you would have to
have gotten 3 postal mailings from us and not sent back asking to be
removed, or 3 phone calls from as and didn't say "Take me off your
list". In any medium we do business in, we believe in adhering to
our customer's concerns, because they are the way we do business,
which is way we make it as easy as possible for you to be removed
from any of our databases.
Net-Managers.Com collects no
information from the use of cookies. If a site owned by
Net-Managers.Com uses any kind of cookie, it is strictly for the
users benefit, and does not collect personal information, or store
any user information on the server, other than IP Address for
security reasons.
Net-Managers.Com. reserves the right to
obtain user information from any company we wish to do business
with. We make sure that every company we obtain user information
from has followed our same "Opt-In
Policy Below" and that all information is
permission-based.
Our e-mail marketing program is made
extremely simple to opt-out of. For our security, and to make sure
opt-ing out is done efficiently and instantly, we do not have a
webpage to go to to enter your name and opt-out. Instead, in any
email communication we send, there is a hyperlink that says
"Unsubscribe", simply clicking this once will remove you from that
mailing and any future mailings from Net-Managers.Com. We cannot
guarantee that you will never receive another mailing from us,
because we could obtain your address sometime in the future from a
different program you opt into. But we can guarantee that if you
ever receive another e-mail communication from us you will be able
to remove yourself instantly by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link
once.
Security of your
Information:
Our records are stored using new age
methods and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the
Net-Managers.Com. staff. Our servers are top of the line as far as
security, and offer total protection of any information we
obtain.
Purpose
of this Statement:
Since we
thrive on permission-based user information, we thought it best to
make a page separate from our Privacy Policy, to
discuss the methods we require to collect user information, which
are the same methods we require any third party companies we may
acquire information from to follow. For more information on what we
do once we obtain information, we suggest reviewing our Privacy
Policy. It is our goal to offer users the full
option to terminate our service, as well as terminating any further
communication from our end (this includes our partner sites).

Out:
First off, we require that all user information
is gathered in an up front and clear manner. All information is
provided by the user when registering for site memberships, contests
and other promotions. Any site or partner company providing user
information to Net-Managers.Com must follow this policy, and provide
text describing this policy and our privacy policy before the user
registers. Users must check off a box stating they have read the
terms and conditions of signing up, which explains our policies, as
well as the fact that we reserve the right to obtain this
information for marketing and promotion. For contests and promotions
we require that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to register.
For site memberships we require that no one under that age of 13 is
allowed to register, and only the users 18 or older are added to our
user database. Once a user provides his information and it has
become property of Net-Managers.Com, we believe in giving the user
full control over the information in our database, and the ability
to remove it at any time. To be removed from our e-mail marketing
program simply follow the link that says "Unsubscribe" at the bottom
of any mailings you receive from @Net-Managers.Com. Removal is
instant, and will exclude you from further mailings from
Net-Managers.Com. For more information on what we do when we collect
