Now that Australia has some anti-spam legislation FunWithSpammers is going to take a new direction. The law came into force on April 11th 2004 and we are going to be at the forefront of lodging formal complaints against Australian companies who send spam.

The anti-spam juggernaut is gathering steam at last. July 6th 2004 saw this announcement. If you are in Australia and want to make formal complaints about Australian spam, you can do so via the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

Australia now has a Do Not Call register in response to increasing community concern about the growth in unsolicited telemarketing calls

More Joy and Celebration!

We lodged a complaint about spammer Wayne Mansfield, a while back he was convicted, in October 2006 he was fined $AUD5million.

We just don't have the time to maintain this site really, so it has become a front for tracking down and shutting down spammers and now for having Australian companies prosecuted -- your contribution is welcome. Try your luck on the menu, they mostly have something there.

All contributions will all be thoroughly checked out to ensure the organisation is a genuine spammer. Forward spam with full headers or it will be deleted.
